Dosing Systems
It is designed to blend raw materials in desired proportions and bring them into the system in processes that require efficient mixing and repeatability.
Designed with double weight control and continuous weighing principle, the system controls the gain of the extrusion line.
The system can measure the extrusion output, control it, or use this value to control the line speed, it performs both functions at the same time. </br>
It prepares the desired raw material mixture in the desired proportions for each component and makes it ready for the system.
By opening and closing the pneumatic clamps, the raw materials are dosed in the desired proportions in the first chamber and blended in the second chamber.
In addition to being able to track the operating performance of the system, it shows the update, efficiency and performance settings of the system operation mode.

ParsControl
Mono extruder machines are single screw and they produce single layer film. Multi-layer Co-Extruder machines, on the other hand, can produce films with different raw materials and dyes with double screws (AB) or (ABA).
According to the consumption amount, they can adjust the Kg / Hour capacity setting and the desired product Gram / Meter setting at the output. Active capacity Kg/Hour and instantaneous Gr/Meter display are also possible in manual or automatic control with the average thickness gauge.
There is also the ability to set the capacity of each extruder separately in Kg/Hour and display it as % when displaying the total capacity. According to the effect of the extruder capacities of each Kg/Hour set on the total capacity, you can adjust the product weight (Gr/Meter) at the outlet and there is an average thickness indicator.
